Static Concrete Batching Plant

At Axon, we use our extensive experience in the Concrete Batching sector to advise our customers on the best starter application and electrical equipment manufacturer to achieve the most cost effective solution.

The plant required a power and control system to take aggregate material, dry cement, water and admixture to form a ready mix concrete.

The control panels were designed and manufactured at our facility in Dungannon Co. Tyrone, consisting of control and power distribution for 19 motor starters, switching using DOL and Star Delta assemblies.

80% of the installation was completed at our customers premises in Co. Tyrone, where each section of the plant was pre-wired before being transported to site. Through this, Axon provided a more cost effective solution, minimising time on site in the UK.
