Electrical Design Engineer

Job Title – Electrical Design Engineer

Main Duties and responsibilities

• Be a team member in the design of robust engineering solutions for the successful development of projects
• Carryout engineering calculations
• Ensure schematic drawings (Zuken and Autocad), BOM’s and other tasks are completed as instructed by your Line Manager and customer specification in an effective manner while adhering to electrical standards (local and international)
• Update and upkeep Company design software
• Assist other Company departments
• Provide site team/customer support as necessary both remotely and on-site when requested
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner, ensuring good communication and maintain good relations with teammates, work colleagues and customers
• Ensure good house-keeping practices
